BJM Pumps offer a variety of solids handling pumps. Each solids handling pump is designed for different applications:

The submersible vortex pumps (SV-Series), pass the entire solid.
Single Vane impeller pumps (S-Series) are designed to pass effluent, dirty water with some solids.
Shredder pumps, also called cutter pumps (SK-Series), are designed to shear debris before pumping.
Grinder pumps, (G-Series) designed to pump soft solids found in sewage wastes.

SV-Series
The SV-pumps are equipped with Vortex type impellers, undoubtedly the best non-clog impellers ever invented for the handling of mud, raw sewage, viscous liquids, rags, wood chips & other solids. They are capable of passing solids up to 90% of the outlet diameter.
